TERMS OF SERVICE

The Full, Legal Terms of Service

*RULES. No NSFW, including nudity, gore, etc. No mechs, overly complicated designs. Not hateful themes including racism, homophobia, ableism, etc. See above for more details.* PRODUCT DETAILS. This commission is a DIGITAL product. No physical products will be shipped. Work on the commission could begin anywhere between 0-7 days after commission info is received, with work completion taking anywhere between 1 week to 2 months once started depending on commission complexity and the artist's work schedule. I will check in for approval after the initial sketch is finished before continuing on the commission.* EDITS / CHANGES / REVISIONS. Two minor edits after the sketch has been approved are allowed for free. Minor edits include color changes, minor posture changes, etc. I will not rework the entire commission after the initial sketch has been approved. After the two free edits have been used, an invoice for 50% of the total commission cost will be sent to your email for each additional edit.* USAGE. The commissioned work is for your non-profit personal uses only. The work cannot be used for any speculation, including but not limited to all forms of cryptocurrency and NFTs. Commercial usage needs to be discussed beforehand. Commercial use includes but is not limited to: usage of the commissioned work in monetized videos or streams on YouTube or Twitch, merchandise, etc. Please inquire about the exact fee for purchasing exclusive rights for your commission in advance.* AI AND MACHINE LEARNING. The commissioned work may NOT be used in the training of AI. Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, this will be considered an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and the client will be charged the standard fee per commissioned work. Please inquire about the exact fee for purchasing exclusive rights for your commission in advance.* REFUND POLICY. If work has not yet begun on the commission a full refund is allowed. If the commission is still in the the sketching stage, a 50% refund is allowed. Once the commission progresses beyond the sketching stage, a refund is no longer allowed, as the commission will be nearing completion.* COMPLETION STATUS. Commissions will be delivered via a private Google Drive folder as a PNG unless the client requests otherwise.Commission completion status can be tracked on Trello.
